Who We Are

Raymond F. Akers Jr., Ph.D. has spent the past 35 years as an innovator in rapid diagnostic test products, and as a supplier of pharmaceuticals and vaccines. He invented the company’s products, and holds numerous patents and regulatory approvals. Dr. Akers has taken two of his companies public in the IPO process, two on the NASDAQ and one on the London Stock Exchange’s Alternative Investment Market, and has successfully closed numerous secondary offerings. He holds a doctorate in Neuroscience from Northwestern University and a B.A. in Biology from Saint Joseph’s University.
